1. No Refunds on Digital Content

Because our courses and digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not typically offer refunds. This helps protect the value of our intellectual property and to ensure fairness to all users.

However, we will consider a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases (e.g., accidental double payment)

• Technical errors that result in being charged but not granted access

2. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method, from the date of approval.

Please note that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and method of payment.

3. Payment Processor and Currency Considerations

All payments are securely processed via third-party platforms such as Kajabi, Stripe, Gumroad, or PayPal.

• Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency.

• Due to international currency fluctuations and platform policies, the amount received may differ slightly from the original payment.

• Payment processors do not return their transaction fees. Accordingly, Dhara North does not refund these fees. The refunded amount may be slightly lower than the total paid, and we are not responsible for payment processor deductions or currency-related differences.
